These dudes showed up outside in a ice cream truck and started blasting music out of it. It was an interactive party truck or something, everyone was pumped

Met these kids in the parking lot in Portland where there are 6 food carts, all of them serving food (a lot of Vegan options as well) until 3am, will someone tell me again how Portland became Vegan bike punk Utopia?
